执行maven package为什么没有生成 jeecg-boot-module-system-2.2.0.jar

以上截图是我本地的开发工具和maven配置环境

1. 在parent项目中执行maven package为什么没有生成 jeecg-boot-module-system-2.2.0.jar？

2. 在 system模块中执行maven package，就报找不到 jeecg-boot-base-common:jar:2.2.0，我本地是有生成 jeecg-boot-base-common-2.2.0:jar 文件的。控制台报错好像是没有从aliyun服务器找到common包，但我本地按官方配置了maven的setting，好像没有起到作用。
报错如下：
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project jeecg-boot-module-system: Could not resolve dependencies for project org.jeecgframework.boot:jeecg-boot-module-system:jar:2.2.0: Failure to find org.jeecgframework.boot:jeecg-boot-base-common:jar:2.2.0 in http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of nexus-aliyun has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]



请问，我本地这些问题是什么原因，导致不能打包生成system的jar发布包？

先install parent项目

parent项目中，install 和 package 都执行了，上面第4张图片就是在parent项目中install后再执行package的截图。
可还是没有生成system项目jar.
