求助 刚搭好环境后运行有错误 访问不了主页

小白一名，环境搭建一直都失败，但还是继续努力。 最后搭建到运行这一步，实在解决不了，向各位求助，谢谢。
在run as tomcat server 后 出现以下错误，导致主页访问不了。 （已经参考常见问题贴  问题18   但未解决。）

在启动tomcat 是还有一个警告：
