自己结贴：
昨天晚上搞到凌晨，今天又排查了一早上，从怀疑mybatisplus配置问题，到怀疑修改生成路径问题，再到mybatisplus拦截器，一堆问题测并且各种对比完后发现：
1、问题在数据库字段命名上，用了limit作为字段名
2、limit作为字段的sql语句虽然可以在sqlserver上正常select，但是受limit字段影响，在执行count操作统计总条数时mybatisplus无法对sql进行优化，造成order by存在，所以出现了这个错误
